The Ta-Ines are brewed similarly to how traditional wines are made.
We cold brew different types of teas (non-caffienated) with different juices and spices. Then the Ta-Ines are aged to bring out the subtle nuisances that you would find in an alcoholic version. We don't allow them to ferment.
